Yaaaaaaaaay!!! Saturday again at last!!!
Going to celebrate with a party at HOME!!! Two great DJ's will be playing for us!!! Here's the lineup: 1:00 pm slt ~ Migueles Capalini ~ I promise you will love what he has for you! 3:00 pm slt ~ TheArtfullOne Skytower ~ I promis you will love what he has for you too!!! Saturday (August 23rd) was a crazy day in SL!! Lots of issues of course for the weekend.
Nevermind that though, there were plenty of parties and a lot to see and hear. At 1 pm slt we listened and danced to the global house sounds of DJ Laureen Korhonnen. She did a great job!! Look for her again!  Next at 3 pm slt we were treated to a really great set with a latin flair by DJ franfrf Arada!! Definately a name to watch for! At 5 pm slt rounding out the night was DJ Zal Chevalier who played a techno set with a trancy twist to it!! Very consistant and excellent tunes!! Another name to be watching for! It had been a few Saturday's without a party at HOME and I for one was so very happy to be able to hear three different styles all in one place in one day. It was a blast and I hope that those of you who were there enjoyed it as much as I did!! It's always great to spend time with all of you!! Thank you to the DJ's who work so hard for our listening pleasure and thank you to all of you who come to listen!!! See you next time! Every Wednesday at HOME we are very happy to present DJ Altern8 (A8) McMillan! And it seems these days that very often we also welcome a surprise DJ to finish off the night.
3 pm slt ~ DJ A8 playing consistantly solid and entertaining sets for you. I cannot say what he will play for you this night, he will play what he "feels". But whatever you hear is sure to be fantastic!! Come join us for a mid week party at HOME with A8!

Sorry everyone, I've been a bit lax about the postings here.
We are planning our September parties now and so I will get them posted as soon as possible so that you can plan. There are many clubs and DJ's to go to and to hear, and I hope that you decide to spend some of your time at HOME with us. As I always say, HOME just isn't HOME without you there. For Tuesday August 26th we have the following lineup: 3 pm slt ~ Clastix Enzo, always a great listen every time and anywhere! 5 pm slt ~ Tasty Hax, her first time to play here at HOME, I think you'll enjoy it very much. I have to say that we are always welcoming new talent here at HOME. Very happy to be able to provide a venue where you the listener can hear both new and familiar. I hope you enjoy the experience as much as Altern8 and I do. Looking forward to seeing you all very soon at HOME!

Wow!!! And another WOW!!
Wednesday is always a great party listening to DJ A8, we never know what he's going to play and we don't care!! He has so many different styles and he's mastered them all. And so it was no surprise that he and his music blew us all away!! Then we had a great surprise! (And yes, spontaneous sets often happen after DJ A8 plays) We were treated to a fabulous set by DJ Kloseline Flatley! He doesn't play often, and I wish he played more because whenever he does he kicks a** big time! These two blew us away with their excellent tunes!! And we had such a great crowd who truly appreciated what they were hearing! And yessssssssssssss, I know I always seem to say this but it was a fabulous party. And why do I repeat how great it is?? It's because we are so lucky to have such dedicated music makers and also to have such great people come HOME to party with us!! DJ A8 and DJ Kloseline are a great pair!! Thanks guys!

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, this was a night to remember for sure!!
First time that DJ NlightN played for us at HOME! What a night to remember! He doesn't categorize his style really and there's a good reason for that! It's because what he plays is dance music. You know what I mean, don't you?? It's the type of music that you absolutely encourages your body to move!! Even if you don't dance, you cannot help but move your body to his fabulous tunes!! We had a wonderful crowd and we partied so hard!! We laughed a lot too with some new gestures that Accomplishment handed out, and there was quite a bit of spanking going on too!  But the main focus was on DJ NlightN and his fantastic tracks!! This is another DJ to watch for and of course we'll definately be hearing him at HOME again!! Thank you everyone!! The first Tuesday of each month is Open Tuesday at HOME!
This is the time when we have DJ's who have never played at HOME playing their music for us! Tonights DJ lineup is: 3 pm slt ~ Laureen Korhonnen from France playing what she describes as Global House!! 4 pm slt ~ Amyorange Kidd from Japan playing minitech/deep sound! 5 pm slt ~ Adamatic Aeon from Canada/USA playing dirty techno/tech house! Three different sounds from all around the world! This is sure to be a night of great tunes, lots of fun and a really fun party!! We are looking forward to seeing you all at HOME tonight!! |
