HOME has been a bit quiet this last week or so.

But we are still here of course!!

Planning a few parties now and hope to see you all there soon

I hope you had a great weekend!!!

Thursday we partied at CClub reopening, and it was also DJMuekas' birthday. So it was quite a celebration!! Many of you joined us there!! We had a great time!! Welcome back CClub and Happy Birthday DJMuekas!!

Friday, we had a night off!! Had some work to do both rl and sl and didn't plan anything, and actually I was in bed quite early (can you believe it?!?!?!).

Saturday Altern8 played at the Relay for Life (supports cancer research) and all tips were donated to the Relay!! A lot of money has been collected so far. And if I have my information correctly there is media coverage in rl of the Relay for Life events in sl.

And Sunday, found us tired and with piles of rl bills, chores and laundry to do!! YUCK!!! lol I guess it has to be done sometime though!!! I would much rather be having a party though!!! hehe!!

Okay so now we will be on a regular schedule:

Monday: MONDAY'S HATE YOU party!!! Always fantastic!! times vary but around 1 pm slt, watch for the notices (we usually don't finish until around 9 pm slt)

Tuesday: OPEN TUESDAY party!!! 3 pm slt, and there will be three different DJ's playing whatever style of electronic music that they want to for one hour each!!

Wednesday: Altern8 plays at 3 pm slt, and an occasional surprise appearance from special guests (usually before he plays, but you never know, always a surprise when it's a surprise!!)

Thursday: our work around HOME night, so no party usually!!

Friday: 3 pm slt or so, I will plan for someone to play!!

Saturday: 3 pm slt until about 9 pm slt we will have a party!!!

Sunday: an occasional surprise party!!!

That's a brief schedule for you, and of course always subject to change but that's the plan for now. So many of you have requested a schedule of events so you can plan and I sure hope that this helps you!!

And of course HOME is always open to you even when there is no DJ playing. There is always music playing and of course different rooms to explore. Check out the HOME park next door, very peaceful!! Don't miss the record room, it's great!! And have you found the panic room yet??

Bring your friends by anytime, relax, enjoy, explore and as always: make yourselves at HOME!!!

And everyone else, who is too shy to write a comment here on the blog (and I invite you to do so), if you have something that you especially enjoyed or a suggestion please let us know at this email address.

Inworld, my messages are always capped and so I miss a lot of them, and I am sure that A8 does as well. You have the email address now, and you can always drop a notecard to me or Altern8 inworld.

I am always most happy to hear from you, and how you are, and if by chance there is something that I can help you with!! You're important!

So now!!! You have several ways to reach us both and I hope that you make use of them!!

The RED line!!!

Many of you have asked about the red line in the main room upstairs. Here is a brief explanation for you!!

HOME is located in two sims. The red line simply shows you where the sim crossing is, or in other words: where the two sims join.

If you are at HOME and one side of the line is too laggy or crowded, just come across to the other side.
When you cross this red line, walk slowly!!

It is not the club but Linden Labs that dictates what happens at a sim crossing. Sometimes if you walk too fast, you might go under the club, but don't worry!!! You will pop up again. :) I do it all the time!!! lol!!! But then I am famous for getting stuck in walls and falling off of things!!! hehe!!

But seriously, if the club is crowded and we are on the main floor, all you need to do is cross the line and your lag will reduce. I usually stay on the less crowded side to make room for the rest of you :)

I hope that this brief explaination is of some help to you all, and if you have any other questions then please feel free to ask me (Justine) or Altern8 and we can help you.

And once again, I encourage you to explore the club. If you haven't walked around inside and outside then you have missed a lot of interesting things, some of which will surprise you!!

Hello everyone!!! Thank you so much for coming HOME and for visiting us here as well. I want you all to know that we appreciate all of you very much!!

Please feel free to leave your comments about the parties!! We would really love to hear from you and have you be a permanent part of HOME's history both inworld and on this blog!! Ane yes, I know you may feel shy but there is no need to, remember that you are at HOME!!

Also, if you haven't been added to the HOME group inworld please let myself or Altern8 know. It's a great way to keep you informed of events and we definately want our HOMEy's hear the news first!!

There is a box at the front door that you can click to join the group as well, please feel free to click it, it doesn't bite, well not too hard anyway!! lol

Always remember that HOME isn't HOME without you in it, and you are welcome anytime whether there is a party or not. You get your landmark at the door and we encourage you to walk around the club, upstairs and down. There are many rooms and lots of surprises in store for you and more coming every week!!

Oh, and visit our gardens next door too. The same music that you hear in the club main floor is heard there as well. It's pretty and relaxing and of course part of your HOME!!

On the main floor there is a Box that you can drop your favorite pictures in to share with everyone else. They don't have to be of HOME, but of course we love to see your HOME party pictures!! There is an ever growing collection of pictures in there and they are available for you to click and keep.

HOME updates

I did some updates on the lights yesterday night. It is actually quite good that there is one day without party . Just in time for the Monday hates u crew tonight. Justine and me tested it yesterday and if someone came it must have looked quite strange for them, as we were dancing to the classical music stream that is running when no DJ is playing on the mainfloor (but hey, pssst, if u watched us dancing we were both having another sound running locally).

As well it seems we have already some applicants for the Open Tuesday! Well nobody is sending an IM to me in-world, but to Justine they do. So what I've heard so far we have got a DJ from Turkey who is playing Funky House at 3 PM, another guy from Florida playing Electro deep house (is this right Justi?) at 5PM and Dane Koba, the one and only running a new club in SL called Moosh, at 6PM. Now we are hoping we can fill the other timeslots, too.

Seems we do a lot today

Just wanted to let u know that u can now listen to your favourite SL DJs all the time and anywhere (as long u got inet). We set up a stream which runs 24/7 for ya. You will be able to listen in your favourite player, Winamp, iTunes or WMP, or wutever player you like and which is able to play streaming media.

Right now there are mixes by A8, Cato Basevi, Robot Recreant and Wiu Bing.

I've just created this blog. The idea is to keep u informed about all the activities that are going on at our brand new club called HOME. The opening will be on Friday 21st - Sunday 23rd. I will post the lineup l8er on.
